Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

As a QA Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for enabling end-to-end solution delivery by working within multi-disciplinary teams and supporting ecosystem integration to enhance quality across the application lifecycle.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting continuous testing across security, API, and regression areas, defining automation approaches, developing automated scripts, and supporting data setup as well as environment configuration.

You will be involved in code reviews, tracking and reporting defects, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives for the overall testing process. You are expected to work independently, build subject matter expertise, and actively participate in team discussions while offering practical solutions to work-related challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute detailed test plans to ensure quality standards are achieved
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues
• Apply automation tools and techniques to improve testing efficiency and coverage
• Review test results and provide actionable insights to enhance product quality
• Support test data preparation and environment configuration activities
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous quality improvement efforts
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in quality engineering

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing / quality engineering
• Intermediate proficiency in Test Execution and Management
• Intermediate proficiency in System Defect Management
• Exposure to System Integration Testing and end-to-end validation processes
• Understanding of Quality Engineering Strategy implementation
• Prior experience in banking or financial services environment is preferred
• Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a team environment
