About the Role

We are looking for a QA Automation Lead to drive quality practices across our engineering teams. This role will be responsible for establishing QA standards, guiding automation initiatives, and coordinating testing efforts to ensure reliable product releases.

You'll be part of an Agile team, working closely with manual QA testers, developers, and product teammates to support high-quality releases and continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Establish and improve QA processes and testing standards across the organisation.
  2. Define testing strategies and ensure adequate test coverage across the application.
  3. Design, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks.
  4. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery.
  5. Guide and mentor internal teams on automation best practices and quality mindset.
  6. Participate in requirement discussions to ensure features are testable and aligned with quality standards.
  7. Act as Test Manager for releases, coordinating testing activities with product, developers and project teams.
  8. Track defects, test coverage, and quality metrics to ensure release readiness.

Requirements
  1. 5+ years of experience in software testing for web applications / QA engineering
  2. Strong experience in building and maintaining test automation frameworks (preferably JavaScript-based such as Playwright)
  3. Experience with GithHub workflows and CI/CD integration.
  4. Familiarity with Agile development environments.
  5. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  6. Experience working with procurement systems or ERP platforms is a plus.
