Job Objective:

1. Ensure compliance of product specification and standards.

2. Ensure inspection activities and product quality plan effectively executed.

3. Respond on time for all customer complaint.

4. To drive continuous improvement for outgoing product quality.

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Ensure that processes and products are verified for conformance to customer requirements and Acceptance Test Plan from IPQC, final check until packing.
2. Follow up safety test on machine to ensure compliance to IEC or ISO safety standard.
3. Liaise with Project Management team, designer, production and sub-contractors for quality improvements.
4. Executing reliability testing activities, for example Burn In test, MTBA, Fault Injection test, Safety test like Temperature Test, Drop Test, Humidity test, Thermal shock and Life test where applicable.
5. Provide support for existing / new Product Realization in term of Production Line & Product Verification & Buyoff and specification/design review, if applicable.
6. Work towards achieving the targets as outlined in the current fiscal year business strategy.
7. Validating the implementation of corrective and preventive measures related to customer complaint and follow up 8D report with verify effectiveness.
8. Compiling product inspection data, LAR and GRR data where applicable.
9. Maintaining quality record and statistical performance for individual customer account.
10. Monthly scheduled discussion and presentation, if applicable.
11. He / She shall demonstrate positive attitudes and positive actions through a display of courtesy, congeniality, cooperation, sensitivity and professionalism.
12. Capable to protect the confidentiality of information with areas of own position responsibilities by preventing unauthorized release, both verbal and/or writing.
13. Closely follow up with project team for every project buyoff status.
14. Actively participating in 6S implementation within department.
15. Perform Internal audit for product and process follow ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 requirement and internal procedures.
16. Protect the confidentiality of information with areas of own position responsibilities by preventing unauthorized release, both verbal and/ or writing.
17. Other assigned task by superior and management.

Authorities:

1. Stop shipment if and product do not meet the internal or customer's requirement.
2. Make sure product/ machine ship without any issue.
3. Call meeting for any issue affect quality product.

Qualification:

1. Diploma or degree holder or equivalent in engineering related field

Experience:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in quality environment.
2. Experience in ISO background, quality controls implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement required.
3. Candidates preferable with manufacturing background.
4. Capable to drive for improvement project.

Skill:

1. Data analyzing technique and root cause findings.
2. Willing to learn and team spirits.
3. Capability to perform statistical process control tools and application.
4. Good communication skills.
