Job Descriptions

  • Develop and implement QA policies and procedures to ensure product and service quality.
  • Review quality assurance standards, study existing policies and procedures to evaluate effectiveness of quality

assurance program.

  • Monitor compliance with ISO 9001, 27001 and 14001 standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct internal audits and support external certification processe
  • Investigate customer complaints and non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Technical, Customer Service, Business Operations) to resolve

quality issues.

  • Prepare and present quality reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Perform OSH audit and ensure workplace safety and health in compliance with OSH legislation.
  • Monitor effectiveness of safety programs and procedures.
  • Follow-up on hazard reports and recommend actions.
  • Conduct training sessions to promote awareness of QA, ISMS, EMS, safety and health standards.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Business Studies / Administration / Management
  • Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience.
  • Preferably Executive specializing in Accounting / Auditing or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills in English,Malay,Chinese language for both spoken and written
