Responsible to monitor the quality performance of receiving, work in progress and finished goods and ensure any follow-up action is implemented effectively.
Responsible to ensure the control of documents implemented effectively i.e. initiate, revise and update the documents as assigned by the superior.
Prepare B.O.M. (Bill of Materials) in accordance to production orders and its control of documents.
Conduct an Internal Quality Audit (IQA).
Responsible in external audit.
Evaluate new process and new equipment.
Continually update the documentation and enforcement and monitor the implementation of the procedure for the purpose of maintaining the ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certificate.
Develop, implement and monitor all corrective and preventive actions and quality improvement activities.
Responsible in in-house tensile strength for all products.
Responsible in internal and external calibration.
Responsible to coordinate new sample requisition and its conformance by complying with customer requirements.
Troubleshooting on QC issues and customer complaints and recommend viable solutions.
Responsible for rejection rate control and its improvement.
Prepare Caution Point as part of the countermeasures for the detected non-conformity.
In-charged in protocol real time study with Lembaga Getah Malaysia (LGM).
Involve in design and development of every new product
Perform any other quality related tasks, as assigned by the superior
Qualification:
At least a Diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in related field.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 is preferable.
Required languages in English and Bahasa Melayu.
Ability to supervise and work independently.
Able to meet deadline.
Possess positive work attitude, result driven, self-motivated and a good team player.
