- 8-10+ years of overall IT experience.
- 4+ years in QA Lead role on large-scale programs.
- Prior experience working with oil & gas clients is highly desirable.
- Strong experience in test management for large enterprise systems.
- Deep understanding of oil & gas business processes (Refining, Supply Chain, Asset Management, HSE, Trading preferred).
- Experience in development of test automation frameworks and performance testing.
- Proven ability to lead large, distributed test teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-risk operational environments.
Mandatory Skill:
- Strong experience in test management for large enterprise systems.
