Assume full responsibility for the daily affairs planning and management of the Quality Assurance Department
Authorize the formulation and revision of system documentation
Be responsible for the planning and oversight of the department's annual plan, as well as the management and control of its budget
Monitor and summarize the performance of EMC quality from the customer perspective
Be responsible for communication and coordination with relevant external entities
Confirmation of internal quality system audits
EAectively plan and achieve individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
EAectively plan and achieve departmental KPIs and supervise subordinates in achieving their individual KPIs
Conduct employee training and succession planning in accordance with business requirements
Execute other reasonable tasks assigned by superiors and provide assistance and support as needed
Requirements:
A minimum of ten years of work experience is required. Experience in the implementation of various system-related initiatives, as well as experience in human resource management and training, is necessary. Furthermore, a minimum of six years of work experience in the PCB or CCL (Copper Clad Laminate) field is required.
ISO, 6S, Environmental Health and Safety, Continuous Improvement, Company Vision and Core Values training, Supervisor Development Training, Quality Management Systems, QC080000 System Knowledge, CCL (Copper Clad Laminate) Expertise, and Management Skills training.
Familiarity with ISO9000 and IATF16949 quality systems is required, along with English reading and writing proficiency.
