Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Shah Alam for a Quality Assurance Manager cum SMS Manager. Manager will oversee the quality management system, ensuring compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include conducting audits and inspections, managing certifications, monitoring operational procedures, and resolving quality issues. The role also involves collaborating with different teams to improve processes and maintain high standards of safety and performance. The SMS Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the Safety Management System (SMS) in compliance with applicable aviation regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Quality Management Systems, Quality Standards, and Compliance requirements.
• Strong skills in Auditing, Inspection, and Certification processes.
• Experience in Process Improvement, Risk Assessment, and Problem-Solving methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Relevant certifications in quality management or aviation maintenance is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aviation Maintenance, or a related field.
• Previous experience in MRO part 145 aviation industry is advantageous.
