Position Requirement:
- Degree in Engineering Quality or related field
- Minimum 8 years QA experience with strong SMT background
- Strong knowledge in IPC standard, SMT Process control, DOE, FMEA, MSA, SPC
- Proven experience leading QA Teams & driving zero defect culture
- Strong analytical skill with solid problem solving capability, familiar with NPI, PFMEA, Control Plan, 8D, CAPA, risk managment.
- Good leadership with ability to coach, influence & drive discipline on the shopfloor
- Good teamwork mindset with positive attitude
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead overall SMT, QA operation to ensure consistent product quality. Establish quality strategy, system & governance to achieve zero escape
- Drive process control, quality discipline & compliance across SMT Lines
- Lead customer audits, customer complaint mgmt & timely 8D closure
- Strenghten quality control plan, inspection methods & reliability standards
- Oversee incoming, in process & outgoing quality performance
- Drive continuos improvement, yield recovery & cost of quality reduction
- Lead cross functional team to solve chronic issues using structured methodology like 8D
- Develop QA Team capability, coaching engineers & inspectors
- Collaborate with PE, PIE, Production to ensure right first time execution
- Present quality performance to management with clear action plan
- Ensure all documentation, procedures & records meet compliance requirement
