Principle Duties
- Perform incoming material, fabrication and final inspections.
- Verify material traceability and review quality documents (MTC, COC).
- Inspect fit-up, welding, final dimension and NDT activity.
- Prepare Weld summary, Test-pack & witness hydrotest.
- Prepare Inspection report and Inspection Release Note (IRN).
- Coordinate with MCI for all inspection activity.
Knowledge/Experience Required for The Job
- Experience for Inspection related to Material, Welding, NDT & Pressure Testing
- Ability to read & interpret engineering drawing and specification.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
Academic/Professional Qualification
- Certificaticate or Diploma in Welding / Mechanical background.
- Must have valid Welding Inspector Level 2 (PCN or CSWIP 3.1) and Radiography Interpreter (PCN RI Level 2 or CSWIP RI).
