QA Strategy and Planning:
Collaborate with operational stakeholders (SHE, Production, Engineering, Operational Excellence, Warehouse, etc.) to define strategies, goals, and timelines for the implementation of the Food Safety and Quality (FSQ) System in accordance with FSSC 22000 standards.
Testing Execution:
- Conduct monthly GMP inspections and daily Gemba walks on-site to ensure FSQ compliance.
- Plan and execute validation activities to verify system functionality and reliability.
- Manage non-conforming products by facilitating Operational Problem Solving (OPS) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and verify the effectiveness of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) after investigations are concluded.
- Document test results and collaborate closely with production (processing, filling, and packing teams), process technology, engineering, R&D, project management, SHE, and other relevant stakeholders to resolve issues.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Communicate effectively with production teams, process technology, engineering, R&D, project managers, and other stakeholders to report testing progress and identify issues.
- Coordinate consumer and customer complaint investigations within the manufacturing site.
- Conduct training sessions on HACCP and GMP for employees.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with at least 3 years of related working experience.
- Familiarity with food safety and quality system standards such as FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, etc.
- Basic knowledge of food processing and the ability to understand fundamental processing terminology.
