Job Summary
Responsible for incoming material inspection, quality control, equipment management, and inspection team training.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform incoming material inspection according to quality standards.
- Follow up on material quality issues and work with engineers to resolve them.
- Operate, inspect, maintain, and calibrate inspection equipment.
- Use 2.5D / CMM equipment and understand GD&T tolerances.
- Manage equipment, fixtures, assets, and related records.
- Support the purchase, installation, and setup of new inspection equipment.
- Train new employees on inspection methods and equipment operation.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree or above in Mechanical, Electronics, Chemistry, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of IQC (Incoming Quality Control) experience.
- Laboratory or equipment management experience is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of ISO, 7 QC Tools, 5W2H, and MSA.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Responsible, logical, proactive, and willing to learn.
