Perform incoming material inspection and buyoff activities, including the use of monitoring and measuring tools to meet inspection requirements.
Record results of buyoff activities, maintain housekeeping standards, and follow safety procedures as set by the organization.
Identify normal and abnormal trends; alert the superior or team leader when abnormalities are encountered.
Perform Failure Analysis (FA) on semiconductor incoming materials as assigned by the superior.
Release incoming materials that pass buyoff inspection.
Report measurements and monitoring results from incoming verification and inspection activities.
Place lots on hold when buyoff results fail; escalate to the superior for verification and request the warehouse to split the Goods Received Notes (GRN) for the rejected lot. Assist the superior in raising Lot Discrepancy Report (LDR) and other reports related to quality issues.
Report shift pass-down information and task completion status.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Diploma / Certificate in Science or Engineering.
Able to understand work instructions and input results using a computer.
Flexible to work normal hours or 12-hour shifts, as instructed by the superior.
Able to work effectively with personnel at all levels.
