About The Role
Kinesis Money is seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance (QA) Tester to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of our WordPress websites. As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for identifying and documenting bugs, collaborating with developers to resolve issues, and verifying that our web platforms meet the highest standards of functionality and user experience.
Please note: This position is open only to candidates based in Malaysia who are able to work UK business hours (3:00 PM 12:00 AM Malaysia time). Unfortunately, applications from outside Malaysia will not be considered during the screening process.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough testing of WordPress websites to identify technical and user experience issues.
- Document and report bugs and glitches in a clear and organized manner.
- Collaborate with the development and design teams to ensure the timely resolution of identified issues.
- Verify that all website features function as intended across various devices and browsers.
- Participate in the development and implementation of testing protocols and standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in quality assurance testing, particularly with WordPress websites.
- Strong understanding of website functionality, user experience, and responsive design.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills to document and convey issues clearly.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
