WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Design and prepare test cases and test scenarios based on project requirements and specifications to ensure full test coverage
- Execute manual and automated test cases/scripts to identify defects and ensure quality
- Perform UAT across web and system applications
- Conduct API testing and system validation using appropriate tools and methodologies
- Identify, document, and track defects/bugs, working closely with developers to analyze root causes and ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate test execution activities and schedules to meet project timelines and release deadlines
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on testing progress, quality status, and risks
- Develop and maintain test plans, test scripts, test reports, and QA documentation throughout the testing lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and product managers to support smooth releases
- Assist in preparing user guides/system documentation and support internal teams on new or updated features
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software testing and QA
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor
Requirements
WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:
- Hands-on experience with at least one automation tool such as:
- Selenium (preferred)
- Playwright (preferred)
- Cypress / Katalon
- Experience in API testing
- Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
