Job Description:
Focuses on frontend and backend testing, data migration validation, and automated testing to ensure the system and data are working correctly post-migration.
Job Scope:
- Data Migration Testing: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of migrated data (user profiles, forum posts, histories, tags, labels, categories, etc.) through testing. Develop test cases for ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to validate data consistency.
- Backend Testing: Focus on testing the agent platform and its backend systems (case management, reporting, ISvC / CRM integrations). Ensure the systems stability, performance, and correctness post-migration.
- Automated Testing: Write automated tests/scripts to check data migration pipelines, backend services, and APIs.
- Collaboration: Work with developers to address issues in the migration and backend processes and ensure smooth integration.
Key Skills:
- Database validation
- APIs, server-side logic
- Postman, JUnit, Python
- Knowledge and experience in AI
- Strong knowledge of SQL for database validation and data integrity checks
- Experience in using / testing on a Community forum or Discord-related web forum is an add-on.
- Academic Requirements:
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) and experience with data migration testing tools.
- Hands-on LLM development experience or AI development experience
- At least 5 years of experience required.
