Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist in implementing the company's quality policy, providing technical support and on-site execution for in-process (IPQC) and outgoing product (OQC) inspections;
2. Implement inspection standards and work instructions, analyze and assess technical issues during inspection processes, and assist in resolving abnormalities;
3. Participate in optimizing inspection workflows and improving tools, supporting the implementation of improvement measures on site;
4. Collaborate with customer audits and external ISO reviews by providing technical support and documentation;
5. Assist line supervisors in conducting technical training and skill assessments for new employees, and guide inspectors in standardized operations.
Job Requirements:
1. Associate degree or higher in electronics, mechanical engineering, automation, quality management, or a related field;
2. At least 2 years of experience in quality inspection or technical support within electronic manufacturing or data communication industries;
3. Familiarity with IPQC and OQC inspection procedures and standards, knowledge of the seven QC tools and abnormal handling processes;
4. Basic ability to organize and analyze data, capable of using Excel for data statistics;
5. Strong hands-on skills and problem-solving ability, able to independently handle common technical issues;
6. Strong sense of responsibility, excellent execution capability, teamwork spirit, and learning agility.
