About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Executive to ensure supplier outputs consistently meet client brand, technical, and compliance standards across POSM and print production.
As part of the in-market team, you will work closely with internal production teams, agency partners, and suppliers—both remotely and on-site—to deliver executional excellence. This role plays a key part in maintaining quality across the entire production lifecycle, from artwork and prototypes to final output.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality control checks at pre-production, on-site, post-production, and installation stages
- Review artwork, print proofs, prototypes, and final outputs to ensure compliance with brand and technical standards
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to maintain consistent quality across all deliverables
- Identify quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective and preventive actions
- Ensure adherence to specifications, brand guidelines, and client expectations
- Provide technical guidance and quality-related support to internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain accurate quality reports and audit documentation
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across suppliers and production processes
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in quality inspection and production quality control, preferably within POSM (Point of Sale Materials) and printing environments. (POSM refers to marketing and promotional materials used in retail stores to drive brand awareness and sales, such as displays, shelf talkers, posters, banners, standees, and other merchandising materials).
- Knowledge of international quality and safety standards, including ISO 9001, SAA, IEC, REACH, and RoHS.
- Proven experience collaborating with suppliers, production facilities, and creative/technical teams to ensure POSM meets design, quality, and safety requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess inspection results and recommend corrective and continuous improvement actions.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel for on-site inspections as required.
