Quality Control Inspector

Description

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control Inspector to join our team in Oil and Gas Industries based in Port Klang, Selangor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through thorough inspections and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of materials and products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality control data.
• Identify defects and recommend corrective actions to improve quality.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues.
• Perform regular audits of production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
• Stay updated with industry standards and best practices in quality assurance.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in quality control or a related field.
• Passes at least Diploma in Vocational / Technical Certificate in Metal / Precision Engineering
• Strong understanding of quality control processes and methodologies.
• Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications.
• Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO, Six Sigma, etc.).
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
