Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced QC Team Leader to oversee a team of QC analysts, ensuring the highest standards of product and process quality. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of QA methodologies, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in processes and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Management:-

  • Participate in candidate screening, interviews, and final hiring decisions.
  • Support new employee onboarding and training.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of QC analysts to achieve quality objectives.
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Foster a culture of quality, collaboration, and innovation within the team.

Quality Assurance Strategy & Execution:-

  • Develop and implement QC processes and best practices.
  • Oversee planning, execution, and automation management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Training, and other relevant teams to integrate quality control principles into existing processes.

Analysis Management:-

  • Selecting the appropriate tools, models, and methodologies (quantitative, qualitative, statistical, etc.).
  • Using tools like Excel, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or specialized trading analytics software.
  • Validating results to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Presenting results through dashboards, charts, reports, or summaries.
  • Tailoring insights for different stakeholders (operation, trading, etc).

Process Improvement & Compliance:-

  • Identify gaps in QC processes and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct audits and risk assessments to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Maintain documentation for compliance and audits.

Stakeholder Collaboration:-

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align quality goals.
  • Communicate QC metrics, risks, and improvement plans to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, QA Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in QC/QA, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage and develop a QC/QA team.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis abilities.
  • Attention to Detail: Rigorous approach to quality and compliance.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for reporting and collaboration.
