Job Description

  • Responsible as the line/process quality for the Sensors and ASICs production line. Ensure the line/process is complied with quality requirements. Interfacing with Process/ Equipment Engineer.
  • Responsible for the product quality for Sensors and ASICs, internally and externally, including incoming product quality issues and customer issues. Interfacing with Product Engineer, Simultaneous Engineering (SE) Team, Central Customer Quality Engineer and/or Central Supplier Quality Engineer.
  • Responsible to key in report, generate quality notification in SAP such as Q-Info, Delivery Release and QM-View.
  • Responsible for the problem-solving coordination and moderation for the quality issue internally and externally as Problem Solving Expert.
  • Responsible as the SPC coordinator for the Sensors and ASICs line.
  • Support as PgP5 Internal Auditor, including audit execution, closing and effectiveness verification of audits focus on IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3.
  • Support any external/customer audits, including follow-up and closing of related OPL.
  • Support department 6S activity.
  • Support change management 4M checklist verification.
  • Support lessons learned activity. Sharing input to the lesson learned plant coordinator.
  • Support MSA study, including review of MSA study reported by Process/Equipment Engineer.
  • Support Daily Leadership Meeting for any quality issue regarding Sensors and ASICs line.
  • Responsible for return materials to supplier, including the improvement of the return process.
  • Responsible for IB process for return material from customers.
  • Responsible for continuous improvement in the area of responsibility.
  • Execute any other related duties assigned by supervisor from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelors Science or Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent, preferably in Semiconductor.
  • Minimum of 3+years of professional experience in a related technical or quality assurance role.
  • Prefer candidate with VDA6.3 Process Auditor Certification and/or IATF16949 Auditor Certification.
  • Prefer candidate with experience in Problem Solving methodology (Shainin Red-X, 6 Sigma, etc.)
