Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of MEP components.
- Knowledge of construction codes, standards, and QA/QC methodologies.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead and work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
- 3–5 years of experience in MEP QA/QC, preferably in data center projects.
Job Description:
- Conduct inspections and testing for building (e.g., HVAC, electrical components).
- Review and verify MEP works against approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with NEC, IEC, UL, and other relevant standards.
- Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation including Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and Quality Reports.
- Coordinate with consultants and clients for inspection activities and approvals.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve quality issues.
- Participate in QA/QC meetings and support internal audits.
- Supervise testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
- Ensure timely closure of NCRs and suggest improvements for quality processes.
- Review material submittals and shop drawings for compliance.
- Maintain logs for inspections, test results, and permanent material approvals.
- Ensure adherence to ISO QMS & EHSMS procedures and maintain legible records.
