Joining our Quality team is an exciting opportunity to contribute to maintaining and improving world-class standards. You will play a key role in supporting quality initiatives, analyzing process performance, and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing and business operations. Your work will help ensure compliance, enhance customer satisfaction, and strengthen our commitment to excellence.
What You'll Do
- Manage and resolve internal quality issues by ensuring timely containment, root cause identification, and closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to conduct comprehensive root-cause investigations and drive the implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce, eliminate, and prevent repeated or recurring quality issues across processes and products.
- Champion proactive quality measures, process standardization efforts, and crossproduct learning to strengthen overall organizational capability.
- Compile, analyze, and present quality performance metrics during global and site-level business and operational review forums.
- Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, systemic gaps, and improvement opportunities across manufacturing processes.
- Ensure manufacturing processesand resulting productsconsistently meet internal specifications, customer expectations, and regulatory quality requirements.
Who We're Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or an equivalent technical discipline.
- 23 years of experience in the semiconductor industry and in qualityrelated functions.
- Hands-on experience in process audits, product audits, and production line audits.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis, with working knowledge of Six Sigma and/or Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to drive databased decisions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills for effective crossfunctional collaboration.
- Experience working in a cleanroom environment and familiarity with cleanroom protocols.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. On-site Flex you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. Virtual Flex you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
