1. Quality Engineer QA (involve NPI, FA Inspection, FMEA, control plan)- Experience in Quality NPI (New Product Introduction) & FA Inspection

Job Descriptions:
- Assist QA Manager to in-charge of new project/ part development, QA related. Part Standard defined for part requirements compliance, and environmental substances compliance related.
- To participate on APQP, project developments activities together with project team.
- To conduct First Article (FA) Inspection, ISIR, PPAP preparation as per customer requirements.
- Preparing PPAP relevant documents accordingly e.g. Inspection Agreement Part Inspection Standard and etc.
- To monitor environmental substances compliance such as RoHS, REACH, PAHs, N2580 and etc.
- Preparing the Inspection Instruction and ensure Inspection Instruction can align with customer and product requirements.
- Assist on customer specific requirements compliance during new project development stage.
- Participate on QESH Internal Audit activities.
- Participate on process audit and product audit as per schedule.
- Ensure document remain legible and readily identifiable and retrievable.
- Ensure controlled document/ controlled document is properly duplicated / controlled / distributed according to Standard Operating Procedure.
- Identification of the cause of defect and propose corrective action plan to prevent recurrence.
- Registration of new inspection measuring equipment / tool, ensure all the equipment available is calibrated as scheduled.
- Conduct Material Review Board and Quality Improvement Meeting Fortnightly and compile data for corrective / preventive action.
- Participate on LEAN activities for internal quality improvement.
- Participate on 6s activities.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing industry
- Minimum of Diploma, Degree or equivalent qualification.
2. Quality Engineer QA (QMS) - Experience in QMS - IATF16949
- Manufacturing Exposure
Only for Junior! 2-4 years experience!
Job Descriptions:
- Assist QA Department Head in quality system implementation to ensure system compliance which includes ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO13485, ISO14001 & ISO45001.
- Know-how and lead on Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), Occupational Health and Safety Management System (ISO 45001) & Medical (ISO 13485).
- Oversee quality system to ensure well implementation and achieving compliance.
- Oversee compliance of customer requirements and lease with customer on problem solving and root cause analysis with regards to customer request or requirements, follow up on effective corrective and preventive action for customer.
- Carry out supplier audit regularly to ensure purchase material in accordance with specification or established quality plan.
- To be actively involved in investigation and troubleshooting activities in relation to process and product non-conformity which is against system implementation.
- To be on lead on sample development activities to ensure complete preparation of sample required documents such as ISIR, PPAP, Control Plan, etc.
- Coordinate and execute the periodical External & Internal Audit for Quality & Environmental actively and provide recommendations for improvement based on audit findings.
- Conduct SOP review assessment to ensure compliance towards related regulation, ISO standards and company policies.
- Lead on preparation and maintaining Standard Operating Procedure, WI and other documents in operation.
- Execute ESHMP program to ensure it is successfully implemented. · Assist QA Department Head in establishing, implementing and maintaining the efficient & effective Manufacturing in term of quality related.
- Prepare departmental IQ, OQ, PQ process/ software validation report · Prepare necessary report which is required by the system.
- Lead on completion of Inspection Instruction, Material Specification, etc.
- Explain company quality system & QA functions to customers during customer audit & visit, reply to opportunity of improvement & nonconformance item highlight during audit.
- To ensure new implementation / activities for improvement & interest of the company are implemented accordingly, eg: 6S program, quality campaign & improvement activities.
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing industry
- Minimum of Diploma, Degree/Professional Degree, or equivalent
- Skill in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Communication well with all levels, problem solving, able to work in minimum supervision.
