Job Summary:

We are seeking a high-energy, articulate, and proactive Quality Engineer (QE) / Quality Project Manager (QPM) to support our engineering teams and serve as a vital bridge for our esteemed global clients.

Job Responsibilities:
Assist the team in organizing internal and customer quality review meetings serve as a proactive bridge to follow up on client inquiries and coordinate quality feedback effectively.
Assist in maintaining and complying with quality management systems (ISO9001 QMS) and established factory procedures.
Partake in new product introduction (NPI) and transfer project qualification activities under guidance.
Prepare Inspection Instructions, perform First Article Inspection (FAI), and support the compilation of PPAP packages and capability studies.
Assist in regular internal quality audits and factory inspections help compile failure analysis data and actively follow up with production teams on corrective/preventive action plans (8D reports).
Connect and communicate daily with production lines and engineering teams to help troubleshoot and coordinate quality control best practices on the floor.
Support the preparation of monthly quality performance reports for management review.
Job Requirements:
Possess at least a diploma/bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical/electrical/mechatronics), technology, or a related field.
Minimum 1 to 3 years of working experience in a Quality Assurance/Quality Control function within the manufacturing sector. Ambitious junior candidates with the right tech-savviness, outgoing attitude, and high mobility are highly encouraged to apply! Dedicated internal guidance will be provided.
Solid basic knowledge or familiarity with QC Core Tools (PPAP, FAI, CPK, MSA, FMEA, Control Plan), Minitab/JMP, 8D report writing, and ability to comprehend GD&T part drawings.
Must be fluent in English and Mandarin/Chinese (both spoken and written) to effectively present findings and lead smooth discussions with Chinese-speaking clients, stakeholders, and external parties.
Highly outgoing, extroverted, and dynamic personality with exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
High tolerance for ambiguity and an ever-changing environment able to adapt instantly to a highly fluid, fast-paced, and high-pressure work rhythm.
Strong critical sense of urgency and immediate responsiveness must be comfortable and willing to attend to urgent customer complaints or critical quality issues outside of standard working hours (including weekends and public holidays) to ensure client satisfaction.
Short notice period preferred candidates who can commence work immediately or within 1-2 weeks will be given high priority.
