Oversee quality management for product lines, ensuring adherence to quality standards and management of yield rates.
Collect and analyse yield and quality metrics and manage data to implement continuous improvement strategies and process capability enhancements.
Coordinate quality-related customer interactions and internal issue resolutions, ensuring compliance with departmental and regulatory audits.
Perform line audits to ensure product is meeting quality requirement.
Liaise with the engineering and production teams to solve internal and external quality issues.
Team member for FMEA review.
Support customer audits in the production line.
Implement and maintain the necessary Quality Assurance Inspections and process controls to ensure conformance to product specifications at minimum cost.
Compile and process deviations and follow-up on the corrective action.
Monitor identified problems and to formulate corrective action with team.
Review reports and documentation for completeness and accuracy.
Participate in audit activities.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering or above.
Basic English skills and proficiency in MS office.
Be familiar with QMS(IATF16949) and quality tools(APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, MSA)
Problem solving capability. Be familiar with 8D methodology.
Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in quality expertise and work in a high paced environment.
Relevant working experience in semi-conductor industry(Fab, Bumping, Assy. PCB manufacturing. Etc) is preferred.
