UCT is looking for a talented
Quality Engineer to join us in
Malaysia!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
- Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products.
- Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA team, and other appropriate staff.
- Coordinates product testing processes.
- Manage product testing technics including CMM(computerized measuring machine) .
- In charge for calibration all measuring equipment as gauges ,calipers ,pressure gauges and other equipment that need calibration.
- Leading the MRB(Material Review Board) at the production floor.
- Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.
- Reviews client, customer, and user complaints and other feedback.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Ten years of experience in related field required with supervisory experience.
- Mechanical/Material/industrial engineer.
- Lead Auditor certificate from a well-known organization.
- Working in ISO 9001:2015 environment organizations
Education, Certifications, Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Quality Engineering or related discipline.
