Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, compile, and analyze Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) defect data.
Prepare defect trend reports and summaries to support quality performance monitoring.
Assist the Quality team in investigating market complaints through data analysis and defect tracking.
Assist in continuous improvement activities and quality projects aimed at reducing PDI defects and market complaints.

Additional Requirement

Proficient with Microsoft Excel and power point.

Basic knowledge with Pivot & VLOOKUP will be advantage.

Fundamental with internal combustion engine and automotive parts.

Keen with automotive and manufacturing industry.
