Quality Engineering Lead Consultant
We are seeking a highly capable Quality Engineering Lead Consultant to define and execute comprehensive test strategies for a web application built on a modern technology stack (React & Django). The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of quality, security, and performance across all releases and will play a critical role in Go/No-Go deployment decisions.
The incumbent should be well versed with test automation frameworks like, Cypress, Selenium and alike tools.
The incumbent should demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong analytical qualities, and prior experience testing web application and automating it.

Responsibilities:
- Test Strategy & Planning - Define, Develop and execute tests for web application built on ReactJS framework.
- Define test cases and ensure full coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.
- Automation & Tool - Develop and maintain automated test suites using frameworks such as Cypress, Selenium, or similar tools.
- Integrate test automation with CI/CD pipeline and report test results.
- Security & Compliance - Ensure adherence to stringent security design principles and collaborate with development teams to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Well versed with White box, Black box and Performance tests scenarios.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- API -Swagger documentation and API testing.
- Cloud technologies, especially AWS (EC2, RDS, API Gateway, IAM, Security Manager).
- Experience with building CI/CD pipelines and knowledge of modern DevSecOps practices.
- Container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS, Docker Swarm).
- Frontend technologies, such as ReactJS and Angular, and experience with data analysis and charting tools.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in engineering/math/science discipline, or information technology, - OR related discipline or equivalent IT/OT experience

- Strong effective communicator; with solid interpersonal and analytical decision-making
- Demonstrable experience Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid Waterfall project methodologies.
- Able to convey information to non-technical colleagues in a concise and clear way.
- A logical approach to problem solving and complexity disaggregation.
- Tenacity and patience along with high attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent presentation skills.
- Strong team-based approach to work. Offers peer-support and actively participates in sharing of knowledge / skills.
- At least 8 years relevant post-qualification experience with increasing levels of project complexity and responsibilities
