Joining our Quality team is an exciting opportunity to help maintain and elevate world‑class standards. In this role, you will support Quality Engineers in ensuring our manufacturing processes remain compliant and continuously improving. Your contributions will help strengthen compliance, enhance customer satisfaction, and reinforce our commitment to quality excellence.
What You'll Do
- Support Quality Engineers in compiling, analyzing, and reporting quality performance data.
- Assist with daily quality documentation activities, including report printing, document updates, and maintaining noticeboards
- Partner with Quality Engineers to conduct audits as required.
- Support the development of training materials for new processes and procedures and provide assistance during training sessions when needed.
- Support quality programs and related activities as assigned.
- Complete all tasks assigned by Quality Engineers and the Quality Manager in a timely and accurate manner.
Who We're Looking For
- Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline, with 1–2 years of relevant working experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with good interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and cleanroom suits.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Independent, self-motivated, and able to multitask effectively.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. On-site Flex you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. Virtual Flex you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
