Quality Leader

• Leading the morning / night shift handover meeting: shift product quality status, quality related

information, internal work challenges and other related matters.

• Manage daily activities of QC/FQA to ensure all products are inspected per the defined process flow without any disruption, and supervise QC/FQA works to ensure all inspection activities are carry out effectively and efficiently.

• Ensure all inspection activities (incoming, first article, in-process, FQA inspection) are carry out per the defined procedures/ work instructions.

• Follow up on the improvement of the non-conforming processes/products, and provide guidance to the rework activities.

• Assist Quality Engineer (QE) in handling customer complaints, follow up on material processing progress and results of the improvement activities.
