Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Maintain and continuously improve the laboratory's Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025.
Monitor and ensure compliance with accreditation requirements.
Lead internal audits, manage non-conformances, and oversee corrective/preventive actions.
Coordinate management reviews and follow up on action plans.
Oversee document control, quality records, and the control of test/calibration data.
Act as the liaison with accreditation bodies during assessments and audits.
Support training, competency assessment, and continual improvement initiatives
Handle customers & global internal audit.

Qualifications And Experience

Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific discipline Chemistry, microbiology or any science related study
Minimum 35 years experience in a laboratory setting, with at least 2 years managing a quality system under ISO/IEC 17025.
Proven knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 requirements.
Experience conducting internal audits and managing external audits.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficient in QMS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Certification in internal auditing or quality management (e.g., ISO 17025 Internal Auditor, ASQ CQA) is a plus.
