Quality Manager Mandarin Speaking

Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO and company standards.

Ensure product quality meets customer requirements through effective inspection and control processes.

Lead quality team and oversee incoming, in-process, and outgoing quality inspections.

Handle customer complaints, conduct investigations, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Conduct internal audits and support external audits from customers or certification bodies.

Monitor quality performance KPIs and prepare regular reports for management.

Drive continuous improvement activities to reduce defects, improve processes, and increase efficiency.

Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Supplier teams to resolve quality issues.

Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and customer-specific requirements.

Train and develop staff on quality standards and best practices.
