Job Description

1. Quality Management System (QMS)

  • Manage, maintain, and improve the company's QMS in line with ISO and customer requirements.
  • Ensure all quality procedures, SOPs, and documentation are updated and implemented.

2. Product & Process Quality Control

  • Oversee incoming, in-process, and outgoing quality inspection activities.
  • Ensure products meet specifications and customer expectations.
  • Monitor defect trends and drive corrective actions.

3. Customer Quality Management

  • Handle customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and implement CAPA.
  • Communicate quality updates, reports, and resolutions to customers when needed.

4. Internal Audits & Compliance

  • Plan and conduct internal audits; support external and customer audits.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

5. Continuous Improvement

  • Lead quality improvement initiatives (8D, 5 Why, Lean, Kaizen).
  • Reduce scrap, rework, and quality-related cost.

6. Supplier Quality

  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure incoming materials meet specifications.
  • Work with suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve consistency.

7. Reporting & Data Analysis

  • Analyse quality performance data and provide monthly reports to management.
  • Recommend improvement actions based on trends.

8. Team Leadership

  • Lead and develop the QA/QC team through coaching, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure the team follows proper inspection methods and quality standards.

9. Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure all quality activities follow safety guidelines and regulatory requirements.
