1. Quality Management System (QMS)
- Manage, maintain, and improve the company's QMS in line with ISO and customer requirements.
- Ensure all quality procedures, SOPs, and documentation are updated and implemented.
2. Product & Process Quality Control
- Oversee incoming, in-process, and outgoing quality inspection activities.
- Ensure products meet specifications and customer expectations.
- Monitor defect trends and drive corrective actions.
3. Customer Quality Management
- Handle customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and implement CAPA.
- Communicate quality updates, reports, and resolutions to customers when needed.
4. Internal Audits & Compliance
- Plan and conduct internal audits; support external and customer audits.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
5. Continuous Improvement
- Lead quality improvement initiatives (8D, 5 Why, Lean, Kaizen).
- Reduce scrap, rework, and quality-related cost.
6. Supplier Quality
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure incoming materials meet specifications.
- Work with suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve consistency.
7. Reporting & Data Analysis
- Analyse quality performance data and provide monthly reports to management.
- Recommend improvement actions based on trends.
8. Team Leadership
- Lead and develop the QA/QC team through coaching, training, and performance management.
- Ensure the team follows proper inspection methods and quality standards.
9. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure all quality activities follow safety guidelines and regulatory requirements.
