What You Will Do - Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the quality team, setting objectives and monitoring performance
- Oversee quality across incoming materials, production, shipment, and customer feedback
- Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and continuous improvement initiatives
- Handle customer complaints and major quality incidents with effective resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes
Who We Are Looking For- Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field
- Experience in quality management within a regulated manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of ISO 13485 quality management systems
- Proven experience leading teams and managing quality performance
- Ability to work effectively across departments
