Quality Process Lead (Senior Executive)

Summary of the role:

You'll be the site QA technical lead for food safety, process control, and quality systems. You'll drive validation and compliance, solve complex quality issues, and build strong QA capability while partnering with Operations to deliver consistent standards.

What you'll be doing:

• Process validation & control: CCP/ CP/ sanitation validation, capability studies, deviation containment, on-line adjustments.
• Line QA & compliance: GMP/ GLP/ HACCP audits, line reviews, product release/hold decisions, complaints & non-conformance closure, QC lab support.
• Systems & RCA: support NPD/renovations/capex, track quality KPIs/ QPIs, lead RCAs and preventive actions.
• Coaching & culture: develop QA officers, drive food safety culture, enable cross-functional learning.

Requirements:

• Degree in Food Science/ Food Tech/ Food Engineering with 57 years QA in food manufacturing (high-volume preferred).
• Strong in process control & validation and food safety systems (HACCP, GMP; FSSC 22000/GLP a plus).
• Thermal/ retort/ heat-treated foods experience highly preferred.
• Confident leading investigations + RCA, making risk-based decisions (including off-shift) and escalating when needed.
• Able to coach QA officers and influence cross-functional teams.
