Quality QA Manager (Penang)

MUST HAVE

• QA Manager experience
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering / related field
• Manufacturing industry
• familiar withQuality System IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO13485, ISO14001 & ISO45001

You will play an important role in:-

1. Assist Regional Manager to oversee the whole QA systems and work functions.
2. As lead of IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO13485, ISO14001 & ISO45001, ensure the system are compliance, implemented, maintained and effective.
3. Carried interrelations duties with others department in accordance with procedures.
4. Initiate all system Management review meeting after ESHMS/QMS Internal Audit and retain the records.
5. Lead on preparing and maintain of Standard Operating Procedure, Work Instruction and other documentation in operation.
6. Lead on customer audit and reply the nonconformance item highlight during the audit.
7. Well manage customer's expectation, so as internal team as well to set the right goal and directions in problem solving.
8. Lead on supplier audit, feedback and monitor the supplier performance base on audit findings.
9. Constantly evaluates, monitors, and improves QA System to correct any deficiencies or weaknesses and recommend corrective measures.
10. Handle and lead on customer complaints, nonconformance issues, problem solving by carry out issue study, investigation, root cause analysis and ensure corrective action reply on time.
11. Ensure control plan, inspection instruction and material specification in proper & timely update and well maintained.
12. Provide training and close supervision of staff, target setting and performance appraisals.
13. Developing new standard if there is required.
14. Lead on customer requirements and to ensure compliance of the requirements.
15. Participate on project development together with project team.
16. Participate on LEAN activities.
17. Any other duties as assigned.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:-

• At least 5 years of working experience in related field.
• Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree, or equivalent
• Preferred Mandarin Speaker candidates

Technical

• Knowledge in 5 core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA & SPC), DOE, 8Dproblem solving.
• Good measurement skills, able to interpret drawing and GD&T.
• Working experience in ISO system, IQC, IPQC, OQC, Calibration andrelated job functions.
• Good Auditing skills

Non-Technical

• Basic knowledge and use of computer programs such as Microsoft Word,Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint is required.

• Organization and time management skills.
• Delegation task.
• Decision-making skills
