1.Quality & ISO Management
- Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 standards and company procedures.
- Support the integration of ISO 14001 (Environmental) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) requirements where applicable.
- Coordinate internal and external ISO audits, including planning, documentation and correction action follow-up.
- Track and report on quality performance indicators and system improvements to management.
- Prepare timely reporting of QMS performance reports.
- Conduct ISO and quality awareness sessions to strengthen compliance culture across departments.
2.Compliance & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory and organizational quality requirements.
- Participate in risk assessments, compliance reviews and root cause analysis for system level deviations.
- Review QAQC documentation (ITPs, quality reports, audit findings) to ensure integration with IMS standards.
- Support QAQC monitoring activities at project sites when required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, environmental science or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in quality management, ISO implementation or compliance roles.
- Ensure all company certifications are active and valid at all times.
- In depth knowledge of quality management systems, ISO standards and auditing practices.
- Strong analytical, documentation and reporting skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and document control systems.
