Job Descriptions:-- Take off quantity and prepare bill of quantity from the tender drawing
Call and prepare subcontractors quotation- Prepare labour and material budgets for new project
Prepare and submit monthly progress claim and project final account
- Prepare for sub-contractor certificate of payment
Estimate and prepare of quotation of VOs- Perform any other contract duties assigned by superior
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent- Fresh-graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
Candidates are willing to learn, trustworthy and self-motivated.
Able to start work immediately.
