Job Summary
Quantity Surveyor & Cost Estimator is responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of high voltage electrical projects, from tender stage through project completion. The role involves cost estimation, tender preparation, quantity measurement, contract administration, variation claims, subcontractor management, and project cost control.
The role will work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Procurement, Consultants, Clients, and Subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered within the approved budget and contractual requirements.

Work closely with senior management, consultants, clients, utilities and subcontractors, with direct involvement in technical decisions, cost control, variation and claims management, and project scheduling.
Structured Systems & Technical Support
Be supported by established project controls, safety management systems, QA/QC procedures and commercial teams — allowing you to focus on technical leadership and project delivery excellence.
