Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor, located in Kelana Jaya, PJ. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing costs related to engineering and construction projects, including cost control, budget preparation, and procurement. Day-to-day tasks include preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), performing cost analysis, managing cost planning strategies, and generating cost reports to support project decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
• Experience in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
• Strong skills in Cost Reporting and analysis
• Autocad Skills
• Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
• Familiarity with construction and M&E engineering practices
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
• Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies
