Job Description

Job Descriptions :

  • Monitor and control project costs to ensure it stays within budget.
  • Manage and administer contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Liaise with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Analyze market trends, pricing data, and historical records to develop accurate cost estimates.
  • Review and prepare contracts/agreements and coordinate for award of sub-contractor work and ensure return of duly signed Sub-Contractors Agreements, Contracts or Work Orders.
  • Liaise with stakeholders on specifications, needs & request statement, information collection & confirmation.
  • To ensure that take off quantities are measured accurately and according to company benchmark requirements.
  • To assist the Project Team, Management and/or the Managing Director in contractual and cost related issues, and a range of other duties as and when required.

Joh Requirements :

  • 2 - 3 years relevant experience in electrical design and project management added advantage in high rise/ commercial building.
  • Well verse with computer, Microsoft Excel, and AutoCAD.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying.
  • Talents with can do attitude are encouraged to apply.

  • Independent, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
