Monitor and control project costs to ensure it stays within budget.
Manage, review and administer contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
Liaise with project team, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution.
Analyze market trends, pricing data, and historical records to develop accurate cost estimates.
Liaise with stakeholders on specifications, needs & request statement, information collection & confirmation.
To ensure that take off quantities are measured accurately and according to company benchmark requirements.
To assist the Project Team, Management and/or the Managing Director in contractual and cost related issues, and a range of other duties as and when required.
Joh Requirements :
2 - 3 years relevant experience in electrical design and project management added advantage in high rise/ commercial building.
Well verse with computer, Microsoft Excel, and AutoCAD.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying.
