Quantity Surveyor

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor based in Penang, Malaysia. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for tasks including cost control, preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), cost planning, cost reporting, and effective cost management to ensure project budgets are maintained. The role involves working closely with project teams and stakeholders to monitor progress and ensure financial efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

• Expertise in Cost Control and Cost Management to ensure financial efficiency
• Proficiency in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and Cost Planning
• Ability to conduct accurate Cost Reporting and ensure complete financial transparency
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a detail-oriented approach
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience in the construction or interior design industry is an advantage
