Job Duties

• Conduct regular site visits, review project activities against contract requirements, and update monthly project progress records.
• Maintain cost data in the CHEOPS system, prepare inputs for monthly progress claims, and assist in drafting claim documentation for clients.
• Prepare draft subcontract agreements, track subcontractor progress and costs, and report any deviations from planned schedules or budgets.
• Assess subcontractor claims and cost variations, manage correspondence, track donations and surplus material sales, raise invoices, and follow up on payments.
• Support adherence to site safety procedures, participate in safety training, and contribute to maintaining a safe, accident-free work environment.
  

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveyor
• Total work experience: 2+ years for experience in quantity surveying
• Knowledge of legal aspects relevant to contracting
• Planning & time management skills
