Job Description
- Responsible for site post-contract administration, taking off quantities, site measurement / valuation order, and claims.
- Liaise with sub-contractors, consultants, and authorities in all contractual related issues.
- Coordinate, organize, control, and verify payment and claims to sub-contractors, nominated sub-contractors, and consultants in a timely manner.
- Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly
- Prepare contracts document, project budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation
- Sourcing and purchasing of materials and related products needed for production.
- To check material requisition and ensure that materials are accurate and within the project budget.
- Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions, analysis, and related duties as and when necessary.
Job Requirements
Graduate in Quantity Surveying / Building Management.
Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience in large building / civil projects.
Good communication skill in writing and verbally in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
