Job Summary /

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor Manager to lead cost control, budgeting, and overall commercial management for construction projects. This role requires strong leadership, solid contract management experience, and the ability to manage the full cost lifecycle from tender to final account.

Key Responsibilities /

• Lead and manage the QS team across multiple projects

• Prepare and control project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports

• Manage tendering, contract administration, variations, and final accounts

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on commercial matters

• Ensure cost control complies with project targets and company policies

• Support management with commercial risk assessment and mitigation

Requirements /

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline

• Minimum 8–10 years of QS experience, with managerial exposure

8–10

• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost management

• Able to work independently and lead teams effectively

• Good communication and coordination skills

• We are seeking candidates proficient in both English & Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
