This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor, located in Puchong. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for conducting cost estimation, cost planning, and cost reporting for various projects. Day-to-day tasks will include preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), monitoring budgets, ensuring cost control, and liaising with project stakeholders to ensure financial efficiency and compliance with project specifications.

• Strong proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management
• Ability to prepare accurate and detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Experience in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail, with the ability to work with numerical data
• Proficiency in Quantity Surveying tools and software
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Relevant certifications and prior experience in the construction or infrastructure industry are advantageous
