Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

1. Prepare budgetary estimates based on tender drawings and project requirements.
2. Source and obtain quotations from contractors and suppliers for cost analysis, evaluation, and budgeting purposes.
3. Manage progress claims, variations, and final accounts.
4. Support contract administration and other related operational matters.
5. Ensure proper cost control and adherence to project budgets.

Requirements

1. Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.
2. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in high-rise construction projects.
3. Strong knowledge of contract administration, procurement, cost control, and variation management.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.
5. Strong attention to detail, negotiation, and analytical skills.
6. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
