Quantity Surveyor

We are a fast-growing Interior Design & Build company specializing in commercial, retail, and F&B fit-out projects. Due to project expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team.

If you enjoy working on real projects, dealing with subcontractors, and seeing designs turn into built spaces - this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will manage the commercial and cost aspects of interior fit-out projects from tender to final account:

1. Prepare BQ, cost estimates, and tender documentation
2. Source and analyse subcontractor & supplier quotations
3. Assist in tender evaluation and budget control
4. Prepare subcontractor agreements and variation orders
5. Handle monthly progress claims to clients
6. Verify and certify subcontractor and supplier claims
7. Track project cost, profit & loss, and variations
8. Prepare and finalise project final accounts
9. Work closely with Design, Project, Procurement & Finance teams

What We're Looking For

1. Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction or related field
2. Open to fresh graduates
3. 1-3 years of experience in interior fit-out, renovation, or design & build projects are preferred.
4. Able to read and interpret architectural, interior and M&E drawings
5. Experience in:
6. Progress claims
7. Subcontractor payment certification
8. Variations & cost tracking
9. Good knowledge of interior works (partitions, carpentry, finishes, lighting, signage, etc.)
10. Proficient in Excel and cost tracking
11. Responsible, organised, and commercially aware
